Since the beginning of the activity, it has been focused on the export of dry edged boards to the markets of China, Vietnam, and Malaysia.

From the middle of 2020, we switched to the production of lining as a finished product.

Possible ranges of board production:

- thickness 16-22 mm,

- width 90-150 mm,

- length 2,000 - 4,000 mm,

- comb 4 mm thick, 8 mm deep;

- groove 5 mm thick, 9 mm deep.

For the production of the board, high-quality raw materials are used - wood of class A, B, C.

Sawing of wood is carried out on Turkish and Polish sawmills.

A freshly sawn board is faceted, loaded for drying. The drying process to the level of transport humidity (11-12%) lasts 7-8 days.

Finished products are manufactured on German four-sided Weinig Unimat and Weinig Profimat machines.

Ready-made lining is an unsorted lining, without division into 1st or 2nd grade. Up to 3 falling knots are allowed on one clapboard.

The average monthly volume of production and sales is 150-200 cubic meters of finished products.

Packaging: the board is tied with packing tape and rewound with stretch film.

Finished products are transported by motor vehicles. One truck - 53-54 cubic meters of board.
