Community Union “Carpathian Taste” is a professional, non-profit association of producers of natural food products of the Carpathian region. The CU has been in operation since 2013. A few years ago, a group of producers set an objection to preserve and revive certain traditional livestock and plant-growing cultures, as well as restore the age-proven recipe. During this time, it has brought together 26 producers of natural products, who want more Ukrainians to consume quality products. Each product is inspected for compliance, monitored by specialists and only then branded the “Taste of the Ukrainian Carpathians” TM, which means the highest trust and quality mark. TM “Taste of the Ukrainian Carpathians” guarantees that all products under the brand name come from four regions of the Carpathians Chernivtsi, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv and Zakarpattia regions and meet the criteria of authenticity, taste and quality. Among the range are: dairy products, meat, honey, lekvar (plum jam), wine, jam, juices, snails, fish, teas, oils and others.
